We truly value your time and we ask that you value ours, too. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. We turn away other clients and plan our day around your appointment. When an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute, it can be very difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to fill that spot. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No show appointments will be subject to a 100% of the scheduled service. We completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up. We will always do our best to be understanding and work with you when unexpected situations arise. Please remember: When you cancel too close to your appointment, we don’t just lose an appointment, but we lose the income we were counting on for that time. As a small business, our time is how we make our living. Thank you for respecting our time, our business, and the other clients who are waiting for an appointment.
